Our Policies

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time to ensure that you have time to fill out the appropriate client forms (for new clients and returning), change, and prepare for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened, and you will be charged for the original treatment time.

Arrival For Your Appointment

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance. For the first cancellation without a 24-hour notice, a $30 fee will be charged to your card on file. For the second and subsequent cancellations, a $50 fee will be charged to your card on file. I know sometimes life gets in the way, but it is important that you arrive in a timely manner and notify me if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. This business is my livelihood, and another potential client could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Cancellation and Lateness

Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the allotted time for your service, unless my schedule allows it. It is up to my discretion if your service can be extended. Please notify me in a timely manner if you will be arriving late for your appointment. If I am given proper advanced notification, I may be able to accommodate your appointment.

Late Arrivals

I know unforeseen circumstances can happen in life, but please communicate with me ASAP if you are unable to make it to your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without properly notifying me will be charged in full for their scheduled service.
